Blake is the Founder and CEO of IceBreakers Advisory, a premier sports agency specializing in athlete placement, development, and NIL representation. His leadership blends high-level industry connections, strategic deal-making, and a relentless commitment to client growth, both on and off the ice. Under his direction, IBA has become known for its cutthroat approach to securing top-tier placements, building brand partnerships, and giving athletes a competitive edge in every stage of their careers. Blake has cultivated relationships across the professional and collegiate ranks, giving IBA clients access to opportunities that go beyond standard representation. He takes a hands-on approach with every athlete in the agency, from first contact through contract negotiation and beyond, ensuring no client gets lost in the shuffle of a growing roster. Senior Player Agent; Director of Professional Hockey

Dylan Ghaemi is the Senior Player Agent and Director of Professional Hockey at IceBreakers Agency, working exclusively with elite athletes at the collegiate and professional levels. As an NCAA Division I goaltender at Stonehill College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology, Dylan brings firsthand competitive experience to a strategic, results-driven approach to athlete representation. He manages every stage of a client's career, from contract negotiations and player placement to sponsorships and long-term development planning, tailoring his representation to each athlete's style, goals, and market value. Dylan has a proven record of placing players in the ECHL, AHL, and other top professional leagues, guiding NCAA athletes through the transition to pro hockey while integrating career strategy with development resources like film analysis, skill enhancement, and off-ice performance programs. He is currently a student at Vermont Law School, continuing to build the legal and strategic foundation behind his work in the sport.

European Player Agent

Fredy Püls brings strong international experience to IceBreakers Agency, with a clear understanding of both European and North American hockey. Raised in Europe, he developed through a system built on structure, skating, and puck detail, giving him a sharp perspective on the European pathway and how players transition into professional roles across different leagues. At IceBreakers, Fredy focuses on identifying players with real professional upside and positioning them in the right situations. He works closely with teams across Europe, maintaining direct relationships and creating opportunities at the pro level. His approach is straightforward: honest communication, realistic planning, and long-term development over short-term moves. Fredy's ability to bridge North American and European hockey, combined with his commitment to honest representation, makes him a trusted resource for players looking to advance their careers at the professional level.

Professional Division Associate; Family Advisor

Garrett Simpson is an Advisor and Pro Division Associate at IceBreakers Advisory, overseeing operations, contracts, and client communications for the professional division. A Bishop Kearney Selects, Trinity-Pawling, and Boston Junior Bruins (NCDC) alumnus, he brings firsthand knowledge of the junior hockey path and what it takes for players to advance through it. Currently studying business at Stony Brook University and pursuing a JD, Garrett combines hockey experience, business insight, and legal ambition to support IBA's growing pro roster with professionalism and precision. He plays a key role in keeping the professional division organized, managing the details behind contracts and client communication so nothing falls through the cracks as the roster grows. Garrett's background across multiple levels of junior hockey gives him a grounded perspective on player development and the realities athletes face on their way to the next level. His combination of business training and legal coursework positions him to handle the operational and contractual side of the agency with the same precision IBA expects across every division.

Family Advisor/Director of Womens Hockey

Cole Mickel serves as a Family Advisor with IceBreakers Agency, working closely with players and their families during the most important decision-making stages of their careers. He is a consistent point of contact for families navigating junior hockey, college pathways, and long-term development plans. Cole helps break down options, evaluate opportunities, and make sure every move aligns with the player's goals both on and off the ice. His role is to bring clarity to a process that is often confusing and crowded with outside noise. Cole understands that families are often making decisions with limited information and competing advice coming from every direction, and he works to cut through that noise with straight answers. His approach is steady and honest. He values communication, trust, and accountability, and he is committed to giving families a clear picture of where a player stands and what is required to reach the next level. Whether it's weighing a junior league commitment, evaluating a college offer, or planning the next step in a player's development, Cole makes sure families never feel like they're navigating the process alone.

Consultant, Scout

Billy brings decades of experience in coaching, scouting, player development, and hockey operations to his role as a consultant and scout for IBA Hockey. A former NCAA athlete at Providence College and Curry College who went on to play professionally, Billy has since built an impressive coaching and executive résumé, including serving as Assistant Coach for the Kalamazoo Wings (ECHL) and Minority Owner of the Danbury Hat Tricks (FPHL/NAHL). His track record includes developing players who have advanced to the ECHL, AHL, and beyond, as well as leading Danbury to a 2023 Commissioner's Cup Championship. Billy has spent his career on both sides of the game, as a player and as a builder of programs, giving him a rare perspective on what it actually takes for a prospect to make the jump to the professional level. At IBA, Billy's expertise and network help identify top talent, guide players through critical career decisions, and prepare them to succeed at the highest levels. He brings the same standards he built winning programs on to every player he scouts and advises, recognizing that talent alone is never enough without the right development plan and the right people around it. His leadership philosophy is simple but powerful: develop the player, empower the person, and foster a culture built on trust, accountability, and winning.

Director of NIL

Spencer works closely with our athletes to unlock off-the-field earning potential through strategic brand partnerships, targeted personal marketing, and sustainable long-term value creation. A graduate of Dartmouth College, he brings an Ivy League level of insight and professionalism to every collaboration. He is dedicated to fostering complete transparency between brands and athletes, ensuring all parties operate with mutual trust and clarity throughout every partnership. With a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving NIL landscape, Spencer equips each athlete with the knowledge, strategies, and opportunities needed to navigate and capitalize on this competitive space to its fullest potential. He takes a personalized approach with every athlete, recognizing that no two brands, markets, or personal stories are the same, and builds partnerships around what genuinely fits each individual rather than chasing generic deals. Spencer stays close to shifts in NIL rules and market trends so athletes are never caught off guard by a changing landscape. His goal is straightforward: connect athletes with opportunities that build real, lasting value, both financially and for their personal brand, well beyond their playing days.

Family Advisor

Jordan Power serves as a Family Advisor with IceBreakers Agency, working closely with players and their families during the most important decision-making stages of their careers. A professional defenseman currently playing in the EIHL with the Coventry Blaze, Jordan brings a rare depth of experience to the role, having played five NCAA seasons across Clarkson University and Minnesota State University-Mankato after starting his path in the USHL with the Lincoln Stars. He was named an alternate captain at both college programs, a track record that reflects the same leadership and steady presence he now brings to advising families. He is a consistent point of contact for families navigating junior hockey, college pathways, and the professional transition, helping break down options, evaluate opportunities, and make sure every move aligns with the player's goals both on and off the ice. Having gone through a transfer himself and made the jump from NCAA to professional hockey, Jordan understands firsthand what families are weighing when a decision doesn't feel simple. His approach is steady and honest. He values communication, trust, and accountability, and he is committed to giving families a clear picture of where a player stands and what is required to reach the next level.

Sports Medicine Specialist

Bryce combines expertise in sports medicine, biomechanics, and nutritional counseling to support athletes in reaching their full potential. With a holistic approach to health and wellness, Bryce empowers athletes to overcome challenges, maximize performance, and maintain long-term physical health and well-being. He looks at each athlete as a complete picture, not just an injury or a stat line, factoring in movement patterns, recovery habits, and nutrition together rather than treating them as separate issues. Whether you're recovering from an injury or striving for athletic excellence, Bryce is dedicated to helping you succeed. His approach centers on building sustainable habits that hold up over a full season and a full career, not quick fixes that fade once the pressure is off. Bryce works directly with athletes to identify the root cause of setbacks, whether physical or nutritional, and builds a clear path back to full performance. For every athlete he works with, the goal is the same: durability, performance, and long-term health, on and off the field.

Family Advisor

Tyler guides youth and junior athletes through the process of earning NCAA opportunities. With three years of junior hockey experience and an active NCAA career, he brings real, firsthand insight into what coaches actually look for at the next level, not just theory or secondhand advice. His focus is on player development, visibility, and making sure athletes are fully prepared, on and off the ice, before they ever step into a recruiting conversation. Tyler works closely with each player to identify gaps in their game, build a development plan around it, and position them in front of the right programs at the right time. He understands the recruiting process from both sides, having lived it himself, which gives him a level of credibility and perspective that resonates with players and families navigating the same path. Whether it's refining on-ice skill, building exposure, or preparing athletes for the demands of college hockey, Tyler's approach is grounded in experience and built around long-term success.

Jacob Ammar serves as a Family Advisor with IceBreakers Agency, working closely with players and their families during the most important decision-making stages of their careers. A former NCAA forward who competed at Chatham University before continuing his career at Nichols College, Jacob understands the college hockey path firsthand, including the realities of finding the right fit and adjusting along the way. He is a consistent point of contact for families navigating junior hockey, college pathways, and long-term development plans, helping break down options, evaluate opportunities, and make sure every move aligns with the player's goals both on and off the ice. His own experience moving between programs gives him a grounded perspective on what families are actually weighing when a situation isn't working and a change is needed.
